Welcome to Junior Einstein’s Academy! We would like to take this opportunity to show you how we can provide the best preschool, daycare and Surrey child care learning environment for your child. One of the most difficult decisions some parents have to make is whether or not to place their child in daycare. For many it’s not a choice but a necessity mandated by financial need or career demands.
Curriculum
At Junior Einstein’s Academy, our Surrey daycare and integrated preschool curriculum provides an atmosphere of energetic learning and play. For students 2½ to 5 years, we offer the following programs and activities:

Reading
Age: 2.5 to 5 years
Quiet reading is a time where children are encouraged to focus on emergent reading skills beginning with how books are held and read, deciphering between text and pictures, and recreating and retelling the plot of the story. Older children will begin to recognize and sound out written words from familiar books.
Yoga
Age: 2.5 to 5 years
At Junior Einstein’s Academy, we provide yoga sessions every Friday afternoon as a way to wind down the week. Yoga is becoming increasingly common in our everyday life and this is no different for children. Yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness. In addition, it aids in concentration, relaxation, and a sense of calmness.
Science
Age: 2.5 to 5 years
Children will be given the opportunity to engage in small group activities where they will gain hands on experience learning about science. Some examples of scientific experiments that we will be working on include learning through baking, cooking, and watching plants grow. Furthermore, we believe that children learn best by doing, observing, and then reflecting upon the experiment.
Outdoor Education
Age: 2.5 to 5 years
Physical education and outdoor play is of the utmost importance to us at Junior Einstein’s Academy. We seek to foster gross motor skills and healthy development through outdoor play and activities. Our large outdoor play structure provides an ideal environment for children to learn and play.
